Traditional Cabbage Rolls with a Chef Ang twist. Tender leaves of cabbage filled with rice, ground beef, ground pork, carrots and a hint of dill. Covered in a seasoned tomato sauce.

Remove the plastic lid and cover with foil. Place the cabbage rolls into a cold oven, turn the temperature to 375°F and bake for 90 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes or until the center is hot and cabbage rolls have reached an internal temperature of 160°.
Remove the plastic lid and cover with foil. Preheat the oven to 350°F, bake for 45 minutes, uncover and continue baking another 15 minutes or until cabbage rolls have reached an internal temperature of 160°F.
