Chicken Enchiladas

Tender shredded chicken packed full of Mexican flavors and rolled up in a corn tortilla. Covered with a roasted tomato enchilada sauce and topped with tex mex cheese.

Ingredients

Chicken Breast, Corn Tortillas, Roma Tomatoes, Onion, Tex Mex Cheese, Chipotle Pepper, Tomato Paste, Jalapeño, Garlic, Butter, Salt, Cumin

Cooking Instructions

Frozen

Remove plastic cover and cover with foil. Place in a cold oven at 375°F bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes longer or until center is hot and cheese is golden.

Thawed

Remove plastic cover and cover with foil. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes longer or until the center is hot and cheese is golden.
