Cinnamon Buns

Wake up to freshly baked, fluffy, warm cinnamon rolls packed with a gooey cinnamon brown sugar filling. Don’t forget the cream cheese icing.

Ingredients

Flour, Butter, Brown Sugar, Milk, Eggs, Sugar, Cinnamon, Yeast, Salt

Cooking Instructions

The night before, generously butter an oven safe casserole dish and sprinkle a layer of brown sugar over the bottom of the pan. Evenly place the cinnamon buns in the pan. Put the casserole dish into a cold oven with the light on so they can thaw and rise overnight (approx. 8 – 10 hours). In the morning carefully remove them from the oven and preheat the oven to 400F. Bake the buns for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center. As soon as you remove them from the oven place a baking sheet with foil or parchment over the top of the casserole dish and flip the cinnamon buns onto the baking sheet. Allow to cool slightly.
